Psalm 1 04:34
1 Happy are they who have not walked in the counsel of the wicked, * nor lingered in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seats of the scornful! 2 Their delight is in the law of the LORD, * and they meditate on his law day and night. 3 They are like trees planted by streams of water, bearing fruit in due season, with leaves that do not wither; * everything they do shall prosper. 4 It is not so with the wicked; * they are like chaff which the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked shall not stand upright when judgment comes, * nor the sinner in the council of the righteous. 6 For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, * but the way of the wicked is doomed.
2.
Psalm 11 03:21
1 In the LORD have I taken refuge; * how then can you say to me, "Fly away like a bird to the hilltop; 2 For see how the wicked bend the bow and fit their arrows to the string, * to shoot from ambush at the true of heart. 3 When the foundations are being destroyed, * what can the righteous do?" 4 The LORD is in his holy temple; * the LORD'S throne is in heaven. 5 His eyes behold the inhabited world; * his piercing eye weighs our worth. 6 The LORD weighs the righteous as well as the wicked, * but those who delight in violence he abhors. 7 Upon the wicked he shall rain coals of fire and burning sulphur; * a scorching wind shall be their lot. 8 For the LORD is righteous; he delights in righteous deeds; * and the just shall see his face.
3.
Psalm 22 03:09
1 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? 2 O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. 3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. 4 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. 5 They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
4.
Psalm 67 03:18
1 May God be merciful to us and bless us, * show us the light of his countenance and come to us. 2 Let your ways be known upon earth, * your saving health among all nations. 3 Let the peoples praise you, O God; * let all the peoples praise you. 4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, * for you judge the peoples with equity and guide all the nations upon earth. 5 Let the peoples praise you, O God; * let all the peoples praise you. 6 The earth has brought forth her increase; * may God, our own God, give us his blessing. 7 May God give us his blessing, * and may all the ends of the earth stand in awe of him.
5.
Psalm 82 03:33
1 God takes his stand in the council of heaven; * he gives judgment in the midst of the gods: 2 "How long will you judge unjustly, * and show favor to the wicked? 3 Save the weak and the orphan; * defend the humble and needy; 4 Rescue the weak and the poor; * deliver them from the power of the wicked. 5 They do not know, neither do they understand; they go about in darkness; * all the foundations of the earth are shaken. 6 Now I say to you, 'You are gods, * and all of you children of the Most High; 7 Nevertheless, you shall die like mortals, * and fall like any prince.'" 8 Arise, O God, and rule the earth, * for you shall take all nations for your own.
6.
Psalm 100 03:08
1 Be joyful in the LORD, all you lands; * serve the LORD with gladness and come before his presence with a song. 2 Know this: The LORD himself is God; * he himself has made us, and we are his; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture. 3 Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise; * give thanks to him and call upon his Name. 4 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; * and his faithfulness endures from age to age.
7.
Psalm 110 04:17
1 The LORD said to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, * until I make your enemies your footstool." 2 The LORD will send the scepter of your power out of Zion, * saying, "Rule over your enemies round about you. 3 Princely state has been yours from the day of your birth; * in the beauty of holiness have I begotten you, like dew from the womb of the morning." 4 The LORD has sworn and he will not recant: * "You are a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek." 5 The Lord who is at your right hand will smite kings in the day of his wrath; * he will rule over the nations. 6 He will heap high the corpses; * he will smash heads over the wide earth. 7 He will drink from the brook beside the road; * therefore he will lift high his head.
8.
Psalm 130 03:23
1 Out of the depths have I called to you, O LORD; LORD, hear my voice; * let your ears consider well the voice of my supplication. 2 If you, LORD, were to note what is done amiss, * O LORD, who could stand? 3 For there is forgiveness with you; * therefore you shall be feared. 4 I wait for the LORD; my soul waits for him; * in his word is my hope. 5 My soul waits for the LORD, more than watchmen for the morning, * more than watchmen for the morning. 6 O Israel, wait for the LORD, * for with the LORD there is mercy; 7 With him there is plenteous redemption, * and he shall redeem Israel from all their sins.
9.
Psalm 137 04:42
1 By the waters of Babylon we sat down and wept, * when we remembered you, O Zion. 2 As for our harps, we hung them up * on the trees in the midst of that land. 3 For those who led us away captive asked us for a song, and our oppressors called for mirth: * "Sing us one of the songs of Zion." 4 How shall we sing the LORD'S song * upon an alien soil? 5 If I forget you, O Jerusalem, * let my right hand forget its skill. 6 Let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, * if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy. 7 Remember the day of Jerusalem, O LORD, against the people of Edom, * who said, "Down with it! down with it! even to the ground!" 8 O Daughter of Babylon, doomed to destruction, * happy the one who pays you back for what you have done to us! 9 Happy shall he be who takes your little ones, * and dashes them against the rock!
10.
Psalm 150 04:30
1 Hallelujah! Praise God in his holy temple; * praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts; * praise him for his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the blast of the ram's-horn; * praise him with lyre and harp. 4 Praise him with timbrel and dance; * praise him with strings and pipe. 5 Praise him with resounding cymbals; * praise him with loud-clanging cymbals. 6 Let everything that has breath * praise the Lord. Hallelujah!
